Delivery usually takes between 5 - 7 working days from receipt of your order.
Our couriers are Hermes, DPD and Parcelforce.
please allow up to 10 working days during public holidays.

REFUND POLICY
In circumstances where you, the customer, wish to return the product to Zenness Home, you have 14 days to inform us by e-mail returns@zenneshome.com of returning an item, and a further 14 days to send it to us.
You must state your reasons for your return and provide photographic evidence on the event of a transit damage or a faulty item.
the product must be in the same condition as received, intact and in original packaging that it was delivered to you, then a full refund will be issued.

refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to clear on your account.

Please retain proof of despatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
​
Some items with original wrapping (like lamp shades) cannot be refunded if they have been unwrapped.
Upon accepting your request for return, Zenness Home will provide you with a slip and delivery address to return the item. Please fill out the relevant sections on the slip and place it inside the packaging.

Goods need to be returned at The Customers' own costs.
